The PVC ReSource Summit 2011, held in May, was attended by around 60 representatives of a diverse range of stakeholders, who through a highly interactive process identified strategies to advance PVC recycling in Australia. The outcome of the event is the development of a strategy to be implemented by industry over the course of the next few years. To oversee the implementation of the strategy, a Steering Group and initially two working groups (on PVC Waste & Markets, and Financial Modelling) will be established.
