| The Vinyl Council provides a unique vehicle for contact between member companies on issues relating to the environmental aspects of PVC and PVC products, and the public and industry perceptions of PVC. A major proportion of the Australian PVC industry is involved in the Council, including resin manufacturers, converters, compounders, raw material suppliers and major service providers. Through the Council, members are kept well-informed and represented in dialogue with key stakeholders. Members are also encouraged to provide input on issues and strategy. The Council delivers value to its members in the way it addresses public, market, industry and government perceptions of the environmental attributes of vinyl products.
